Am looking forward to your detailed post on the MERS issue. <br /><br />My sense is there's a new 'bubble' of just waiting to burst.... that is those of us who are paying our mortgage(s) even though our houses are worth considerably less than what we owe. At some point, we're going to wake up and realize that continuing to pay makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. I'd love to read your thoughts on that.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
